I am a student at Wichita State University studying communications in journalism. I write articles for the school's news publication, The Sunflower. Over the years I have written an abundance of content for the paper, and have additionally considered creating content outside of it. "From My Journal" is  my personal podcast where I yap about whatever topic is on my mind. 

    I think that being candid and authentic are key to thriving in today’s virtual world. My blog is a place where  we celebrate one’s personality, sense of humor and heart. I will have a link to other content posted on other publications.

    Connecting with the world is what brought me to start Pen and Pod. I am an East Coast native living in Kansas and traveling as much as I can. As I travel I will post updates, review restaurants and continue to yap for my podcast. Keep this tab open and check in when you can.
